Pickled Peppers

I successfully canned my first jar of jalapenos! Marie and Sonny are coming to visit soon and I hope to learn the art of canning tomatoes. This is the summer of experimentation with this stuff. Next year I hope to ramp up production in a big garden. I'd like to grow and preserve most of the vegetables we eat through the winter; tomatoes, green peppers, hot peppers, onions, cucumbers and a few other staples.
